We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are eligible for a return your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start your return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that International orders will not be refunded for shipping if returned. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you need a different size or item than was purchased, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time in order for us to make the update to your order. You can always contact us for any return questions.
Are our products ethical?
Of course. All of Dijo's pieces are designed by our owner, Sarah Turner located in Far North Queensland. These items are then ethically manufactured to the highest standard around the world for a fair trade price.
How do I wash my Dijo Clothing?
Dijo Clothing is made with care from beautiful fabrics that are ethically made. To keep the pieces in pristine condition, please wash delicately and hang to air dry. Avoid drying your Dijo pieces in direct sunlight as this might fade the fabric.
What is my size?
We suggest choosing your 'true' size as Dijo's pieces are made to comfortably fit all body shapes and sizes. If you're looking for something more form-fitting please size down. All Dijo pieces are shown with inclusive models, please see their measurements for reference. Please email us if you have further enquires.
Do you provide International delivery?
We happily ship Dijo Clothing all around the world! Dijo's flat rate for shipping is $15 AUD. Purchases over $100 AUD are eligible for free shipping. Get shopping!
How do I return an item?
Please contact Dijo using the form above stating your order #, name, and email. Please include your reasoning and any other relevant information for your return. We will be in contact within 48 hours.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. For domestic orders, please direct all enquires to the allocated courier. Please note that Dijo Clothing is not responsible for any International duties or fees at customs.
